Peter Bouchard, the founder and managing broker of Corporate Accord Realty, has provided advice on over 2400 Okanagan commercial real estate transactions to businesses and clients who manage a total of over $3,000,000,000 in real estate assets. His insights have been referenced by CHBC Television, CBC Radio, Capital News, OkanaganLife, Business Thompson Okanagan and The Daily Courier. Peter was invited to present at Community Futures seminars and at a Westbank First Nation land development seminar.  He is based in Kelowna and services the Okanagan and surrounding communities.

Background: Peter was raised in Alberta and California before moving to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia, where he obtained Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Urban Land Economics in 1996. Since then, Peter has lived in Kelowna. He enjoys traveling, splitboarding, mountain biking, back country hiking and even unicycling.

Community Involvement: Peter is a former Group Commissioner for the First Okanagan Mission Scout Group and has volunteered with Scouting, Big Brothers and Sisters and The Kelowna Jaycees for over 20 years. Peter is proud of his positive impact on our local and global community in both extensive volunteer hours and/or significant donations to many great causes including United Way, The Gospel Mission, The Kelowna Foodbank, BC Schizophrenia Society, Free the Children, Okanagan Mission Secondary School, Kelowna’s Women’s Shelter, Canadian Blood Services, CRIS Adaptive Adventures, Plan Canada and more. In 2016, Peter and his family traveled to and supported a “Me to We” school build project for a low income community in the Amazon region of Ecuador.
