This Vendor had a strong preference for a quick closing on this 10,000sf retail building for tax purposes.  Peter and Stewart were able review their list of strong prequalified buyers and were able to produce a full price offer within 1 day of the property being on the market.  The very first buyer removed subjects within two weeks and completed the sale shortly thereafter allowing the Vendor and Purchaser to close before the end of 2017.
