Peter Bouchard, the founder and managing broker of Corporate Accord Realty, has provided advice on over 2600 Okanagan commercial real estate transactions since 1996. Peter’s insight has been referenced by CHBC Television, CBC Radio, Capital News, Business Thompson Okanagan, and The Daily Courier.

Peter was raised in Alberta and California before moving to Vancouver to attend the University of British Columbia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Urban Land Economics in 1996. Since then, Peter has lived in Kelowna and enjoys traveling, snowboarding, hiking, paddle boarding, mountain biking, and efoiling.

Peter is a former Group Commissioner for the First Okanagan Mission Scout Group and has volunteered with Scouting, Big Brothers and Sisters and The Kelowna Jaycees for over 20 years. He has made a positive impact on our local and global community through extensive support to many great causes, including United Way British Columbia, Kelowna’s Gospel Mission, Central Okanagan Food Bank, BC Schizophrenia Society, Free the Children, Okanagan Mission Secondary School, Kelowna’s Women’s Shelter, Canadian National Institute for the Blind, Plan Canada and more.

Cameron Bouchard, commercial REALTOR® and co-owner of Corporate Accord Realty, has advised on over $30 million of commercial real estate sale and lease transactions in the Okanagan area. Coming from 3 generations of business in Canada, Cameron has been immersed in his family’s real estate and entrepreneurial practices his entire life. With a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from UBC Vancouver, Cameron brings a strong technical foundation in investment analysis, development, and contract law. Cameron works closely alongside Peter to continue to provide excellent service for decades to come.

When not helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties, you can find Cameron cycling the Whistler GranFondo, rock climbing, exploring the local hiking and mountain biking trail networks, or snowboarding at Big White.

While attending UBC, Cameron actively volunteered as an AMS Housing Support and as an executive with the UBC Real Estate Club. Since returning to Kelowna, Cameron has continued to seek out opportunities to support local causes and connect with others who share similar values.
