Cameron managed the successful leasing of this project to attract a Tenant for both Units A and B of this property. With Unit A coming available, and an existing tenant in Unit B requesting to exit their lease early, Cameron quickly found a new Tenant to lease both the units and managed negotiations with the existing tenant and the new tenant to ensure the landlord’s interests were upheld at all times through this complex process.
