This was a very exciting and sought after commercial property with an interesting mix of under market lease rates. Corporate Accord Realty created a marketing program that effectively communicated this future rent increase upside to achieve an above asking sale price on this 12,692sf± building on a 38,000sf± lot. This price was in fact notably higher than the asking price recommended by other realtors. We set an offer acceptance date a few weeks after the sale introduction to the market which allowed the most suitable buyers to have time to evaluate the property to put their best offer forward.
